Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities for Nite at the Races 2012
Meals on Wheels of Chemung County announces our 7th annual fund raising event, A Nite At The Races.® The objective is to provide an evening of entertainment to area residents, while awarding businesses a creative marketing opportunity and raising significant dollars to support the Meals on Wheels program.
This is our major fund raising event of the year. We need the support of businesses and individuals to keep us financially strong so that we may continue our mission of providing nutritious meals to those in need. Please consider sponsoring part of this event.
The Event--A Nite At The Races ® is an audience-participation event whereby actual horse races are shown to those in attendance, re-creating a race track atmosphere. The event will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Horseheads American Legion. The success of our fundraising event will depend on partnering with local businesses for sponsorships.

$2,500 donation includes: Full back or front page ad in program, logo featured on 500 event tickets, logo featured on all print and tv advertising media, sponsorship of 1 race, announcement of sponsor’s name during the evening and during the sponsored race.
