We serve residents in Chemung County who are homebound (physically unable to go to a nutrition site), recovering from an injury or illness, disabled, physically unable to prepare meals, or lack the facilities to do so. The cost of this service is $5.25 a day for one hot meal. If you would like, we also make available a cold light supper that includes a sandwich, side item, dessert and milk for an additional $3.25 There is a sliding fee based on income available, and food stamps are accepted.

Anyone may request our service: the person in need, relatives, friends, social service agencies, nurses, physicians or hospital personnel.

SPECIAL DIETS
Every meal we prepare fresh on the day of delivery is low fat, low sodium and low cholesterol. We do not accept likes and dislikes, but we do honor all doctor's prescriptions regarding food allergies. In addition, we also provide meals that are ground, puree, soft, low protein, vegetarian, renal, bland and diabetic.
